    I really like your logo in that it's business like with the box having "d" and "h" in it, but still realistic with the "m" aspect. It gives your system and personalized feel that people can expect professionalism from you and also a sense of endearment and closeness. I believe it makes you appear as an inviting and easy to communicate with employee.
